Santa’s Pets is located in Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. Address: Pukinpolku 12, 96930 Napapiiri.

There is a large Santa’s Pets sign along Joulumaantie road. From the sign, follow the pedestrian path leading to Santa’s Pets.

There are free parking spaces nearby, with accessible access to the area.

Entrance
The pedestrian path leading to Santa’s Pets includes a hill, so wheelchair users may need assistance.

The ramp leading to the entrance has a gradient of 6%. There is a 1 cm high threshold at the entrance. There is also a 1 cm high threshold on the route leading to the outdoor area.

Staff are happy to assist with opening doors when needed. Doorways are 90 cm wide.

Visitors leave the area via the same route.

During your visit
Our staff are trained to assist and welcome visitors with different needs.

Inside the reception shop, there is not enough space between the shelves to move around comfortably in a wheelchair.

The paths in the outdoor area have a compacted gravel surface and are accessible. In winter, snow may make moving around more difficult, but the paths are cleared of snow.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at Santa’s Pets.

A personal assistant accompanying a visitor is admitted free of charge.

There is a toilet that can be accessed by wheelchair. There is a support rail on one side of the toilet. However, the toilet is not fully accessible, as there is not enough clear space on the other side of the toilet.
