VILLA ARCTIC RIVER
Here you can follow the construction of the villa. The villa will be available for rent in autumn 2026. The villa will be completed in summer 2026, after which landscaping, the construction of the kota, and other finishing work will take place.

Visit Santa’s Pets at the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi every day
Meet reindeer, alpacas and other lovely animals!
In Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle, you are welcome to meet Santa’s Pets (Finnish: Tallitontun piha) with reindeer, alpacas, donkeys, sheep, goats, rabbits and different birds (in winter only chickens). You can watch domestic animals in their daily activities under arctic conditions and, best of all, you can feed reindeer! Kids love them and they love kids!
Winter fun: coasting down the little hill on site! All the equipment you need is provided. During the winter, even your littlest family members can have fun on our snow slides.
Guests can also use our Lapland hut (kota) & campfire / barbecue. This is included in the entrance fee. Buy snacks and drinks from the elves’ store. No advance booking is needed for visits.
