Winter Season at Santa’s Pets in Santa Claus Village

Santa’s Pets is open every day of the year. We have different prices for the winter and summer seasons. Click HERE for information about the summer season.

Winter season 2025–2026 lasts until 06.04.2026. The winter season 2026–2027 starts on 15.10.2026 for entrance fees and on 01.10.2026 for activities. Winter season 2026–2027 ends on 04.04.2027. The prices for the two winter seasons remain the same.

In winter we are open daily 11:00–18:00. Exception 24 December: 11:00–15:00.

Entrance tickets for a regular visit of Santa’s Pets can be purchased ON ARRIVAL.

The winter season prices are:

• Visit at Santa’s Pets: 15€ /adult & 10€ /child 3-15y.
• Private visit in the morning 80€/adult & 60€/child
• Share a reindeer walk 30min + visit: 50€/adult, 35€/10-15y
• Private share a reindeer walk 1h+visit+ warm drink: 80€/adult
• Walk with an alpaca of your own 30min: 45€/ adult & 40€/child 10-15y, 30€/child 3-9y, share an alpaca walk 30€/person
• Combo walk. Walk with reindeer 30min and walk with alpacas 30min 80€ /adult & 60€ /child

Please note that activities are not free for children aged 3-15.

A visit to the Santa’s Pets

Entrance fee 15€ /adult and 10€ /child (3-15 years). Tickets are valid all day! This is not a guided tour.

No pre-booking is needed for the visits. Tickets are purchased on arrival. We accept cash and most common debit and credit cards. In addition to meeting the animals, the price includes certain winter activities. 

Visit Santa’s reindeer, alpacas and other animals. You can even feed them their favorite treats! Enjoy a delightful hike with reindeer and alpacas, or book an exclusive private visit for your family.

Winter fun: coasting down the little hill on site! All the equipment you need is provided. Guests can also use our Lapland hut (kota) and campfire/barbecue. Buy snacks and drinks from the elf’s store. All this is included in the entrance fee.

Alpaca and reindeer walks and private visits are extra services and they must be booked in advance from our online shop or by email contact@santaspets.fi (see below).
